Media mogul Martha Stewart continued her quest for love Thursday morning on NBC's "Today" show. The 71-year-old turned heads recently when she announced on the "Today" show that she put a profile up on the online dating service Match.com.
Stewart has since made numerous appearances on the "Today" show recently whittling down thousands of potential suitors to just two bachelors. Well, those two men appeared on the "Today" show Thursday morning with Stewart in their first face-to-face meeting.
One of the potential dates, Stan Schofield, directs commercials and actually did a commercial shoot with Stewart years ago for K-Mart. The other gentleman, Larry Traub, is a 68-year-old, who works in the international steel trading business. Stewart insisted that this entire dating adventure is not a publicity stunt and she really is looking for a partner. According to Lauer, Stewart will go on a date with each of the men and follow up with the "Today" show after. There was a surprise third bachelor that showed up towards the end of the segment who may end up being the front runner for Stewart’s affections.
